Donate in Memory of Sgt. Moshe Yitzchak HaCohen Katz z''l

Moshe grew up here in Greater New Haven before making aliyah, carrying with him the values, warmth and sense of community that shaped his early years. He is remembered as someone full of life, humor and heart; a presence that left an impression on all who knew him.

In the wake of this devastating loss, many in our community have asked how they can show their support.

To facilitate these efforts, Jewish Federation of Greater New Haven is collecting donations in Moshe's memory. 100% of all funds contributed through this page will be directed to the Katz family to give tzedakah in Moshe's honor.

No portion of these donations will be retained by Jewish Federation.

This is an opportunity for our community, and those beyond it, to come together to honor Moshe's life, to support his family, and to ensure that his memory is carried forward through acts of generosity and care.
