In loving memory of our dear friend, Pat, a beloved force of nature within the JCC Team, we invite you to participate in our Swim-a Thon campaign. For over 25 years, Pat graced us with her infectious humor and boundless love as a dedicated volunteer. Her unwavering commitment to the Blue Marlins Swim Team and her daughter Emma touched the hearts of everyone she encountered.
Following Emma's passing, Pat became an inseparable part of our Swim Team family, attending every practice and meet, and playing a vital role in shaping the program's growth. Her passion for the children, staff, and the entire community made her an irreplaceable fixture at the JCC.
In 2007, Pat was recognized for her remarkable contributions and was inducted into the prestigious Kavod Society at the annual meeting, the highest honor a JCC volunteer can receive. Pat thanked those in attendance and simply went back to her job as the backbone of the program.
Your generous donations will be directed towards vital program enhancements of the JCC’s Aquatics Department, such as touch pads, a new scoreboard named in honor of Pat, and staff training for the young swimmers Pat cared for deeply.
